Agentic AI/ML Specialists

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent architectures to solve complex business workflows
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and tools
• Define agent roles, memory, tools, planning logic, and control mechanisms
• Implement RAG pipelines to ground agents with enterprise knowledge and data
• Collaborate with business and product teams to identify automation and intelligence use cases
• Design AI agents for use cases such as customer support automation, decision intelligence, recommendations, forecasting, and workflow automation
• Ensure reliability, accuracy, and explainability of agent decisions
• Implement safeguards, monitoring, and fallback mechanisms for autonomous agents
• Optimize agent performance, latency, and cost efficiency
• Support UAT, business validation, and post-production optimization
• Collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers for data and model pipelines
• Define KPIs to measure agent effectiveness (accuracy, resolution rate, deflection, ROI)
• Document agent architecture, logic, and operational guidelines
• Act as a subject-matter expert for agentic AI best practices and patterns
• Stay current with advancements in agent-based AI and LLM technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI / ML or advanced data science roles
• Proven hands-on experience building agent-based or autonomous AI systems
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Advanced Python programming skills
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and workflows
• Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and data modeling
• Ability to translate business problems into intelligent, autonomous AI solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and system design skills
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
