REQUIREMENT SUMMARY

The Senior Agentic AI Developer is a pivotal role within our consulting sector, based in Bangalore, focused on advancing AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. The selected candidate will be instrumental in designing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI and Agentic AI applications.

Description

- 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs.
- Strong expertise in developing AI Copilots for enterprise use cases.
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen for multi-agent workflows.
- Advanced skills in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft M365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI Service, and enterprise system integration.
- Expertise in security, governance, and compliance for enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients using LLMs.
- Develop AI Copilots for various business functions including operations, analytics, and customer support.
- Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases.
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems such as APIs, databases, ERP/CRM platforms, and business applications.
- Optimize prompts, agent reasoning flows, and tool/function calling mechanisms for improved AI system performance.
- Implement human-in-the-loop (HITL) validation and feedback mechanisms for AI systems.
- Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and MLOps teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scalability of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or Data Science. Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, or AI/ML-related certifications are highly desirable.
