About the Role

The Agentic AI Architect will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and operating large-scale, distributed AI systems in production. This position requires a deep understanding of AI platform architecture and a passion for building reliable systems that can be utilized across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale, distributed AI systems in production.
• Lead architecture and engineering efforts for AI platforms.
• Build reusable platform components used by multiple teams.
• Implement AI quality/evaluation practices and AI telemetry/monitoring foundations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and operating large-scale AI systems.
• 3+ years in platform, architecture, or lead engineer/Architect roles is strongly preferred.

Required Skills

• Reliability engineering
• Experience building platform capabilities for AI/ML or GenAI solutions in a regulated/enterprise environment.
• Prior experience developing and implementing generative-based AI solutions using Large-Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., Open AI GPT, Google Gemini, Llama).
• Exposure to cloud ML tooling and MLOps practices in enterprise environments.
• Airline Industry experience preferred
