Agentic AI Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI agent systems. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive architecture decisions, establish engineering standards, and mentor a growing team of AI engineers while building scalable, production-grade Agentic AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Python, LLM orchestration frameworks, AI/ML engineering, and distributed system architecture, along with proven experience building enterprise-scale AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise-scale multi-agent AI systems and automation workflows.
• Lead technical decisions for LLM-powered applications and agent orchestration platforms.
• Develop reusable AI agent components, prompt frameworks, and tool-integration libraries.
• Establish best practices for architecture, testing, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions across business use cases.
• Mentor engineering teams through code reviews, technical guidance, and architecture discussions.
• Evaluate LLM providers, optimize model performance, latency, and deployment costs.
• Drive adoption of modern AI engineering practices including MLOps, model serving, monitoring, and governance.
• Ensure scalable integration with cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Required Skills

Must Have

• 14+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures and multi-agent systems.
• Experience with API architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
• MLOps knowledge including model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Azure Cloud experience.
• Experience with RAG architectures, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search.
• Exposure to Databricks, Unity Catalog, or Genie.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
