Job Description
- Pendo is a product experience platform that specializes in software usage analytics and digital adoption solutions Lead migration from legacy Salesforce CPQ to Revenue Cloud Advanced (ARM)
- Configure and manage product catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, and discount schedules
- Design and maintain advanced pricing models, including contracted and multi-dimensional pricing
- Develop and support subscription lifecycle processes (amendments, renewals, swaps, cancellations)
- Build and maintain quote templates and document generation workflows
- Implement automation using Salesforce Flow and Apex (Triggers, Classes)
- Maintain integrations between CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and ERP systems
- Ensure data integrity across Quotes, Orders, Contracts, and Subscriptions
- Troubleshoot pricing, calculation, and document rendering issues
- Support ARR/MRR reporting accuracy across Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud (ARM) Developer to support and enhance our Quote-to-Cash (QTC) ecosystem
- This role will be responsible for migrating legacy CPQ configurations to Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (Agentforce Revenue Management), while designing scalable pricing, subscription, and billing solutions
- The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex development, subscription management, and revenue lifecycle automation within a SaaS environment
