Role & responsibilities

AGENCY CHANNEL EXPERIENCE IS MUST.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisor/agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
• Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Train and motivate agents to improve productivity.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and agents.
• Maintain regular reports and achieve assigned business targets Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 years of experience in sales, insurance, BFSI, agency channel, or relationship management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and convincing abilities.
• Comfortable working in FOS process
