Role & responsibilities
AGENCY CHANNEL EXPERIENCE IS MUST.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisor/agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Train and motivate agents to improve productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and agents.
- Maintain regular reports and achieve assigned business targets Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile

- 2 years of experience in sales, insurance, BFSI, agency channel, or relationship management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and convincing abilities.
