Role & responsibilities
1. Prepare timely estimates and tenders in accordance with sales and pricing policy & submission of offer
2. Meet order booking targets
3. Payment Collection as per due dates
4. Maintain Sales records
5. Meeting with Customers virtually or during sales visit, demonstrate services & products & Create Sales Leads
6. Setting up meetings with potential clients & listening to their needs & expectations
7. Deliver Superlative Customer experience w.r.t After Service by building strong customer relationships.
8. Handle Customer complaints
9. Getting Resale & referrals
10. Estimate the Cost of spares/contracts & decide sales price
11. Negotiate for orders/contracts
12. Payment Collection
Preferred candidate profile
1. Min 5 years in after Sales Service domain
2. Intralogistics Automation equipment knowledge would be an advantage
3. Selling and Negotiation skills
4. Key Account Management
