AES - Delivery - Digital Test Automation Engineer

At Zensar Technologies Limited, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled BAT Analyst to validate business requirements and ensure solution readiness. This role involves close collaboration with business users and development teams, requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will have a solid background in functional testing, BAT, and UAT, with a focus on supply chain management processes.

• 4-5 years of experience in Functional Testing, BAT, and UAT is mandatory.
• Strong requirement analysis, test design, and execution skills are essential.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, especially Order-to-Cash and Inventory Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle SCM modules, including Order Management and Inventory, is required.
• Basic PL/SQL knowledge and SQL query execution experience is a must.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ceremonies is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Computer Science, is expected.

• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to understand business workflows.
• Create test scenarios, cases, and plans for BAT, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute functional testing, BAT, and support UAT activities, validating end-to-end business processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and readiness.
• Identify and track defects, coordinating with development teams for resolution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and reviews.
• Facilitate testing discussions and meetings, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Support release validation and production readiness activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in testing and supply chain management.
