Job Description

The Power Platform Administrator will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the Power Platform ecosystem. They will be responsible for administering and supporting various Power Platform services, implementing governance controls, and providing timely troubleshooting and operational support. This role is integral to ensuring a secure, consistent, and cost-effective Power Platform adoption across markets.

  • Experience in administering Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Platform Admin Center and Dataverse.
  • Understanding of Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot agents, and AI Builder is an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, privileged access, and security groups.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident, request, and change management processes.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Passion for staying updated with the latest Power Platform developments.
  • Administer Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Manage governance controls, such as environment strategy, access controls, and security roles.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for platform, access, and configuration issues.
  • Support the rollout of Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents, ensuring proper access and billing controls.
  • Monitor usage, licensing, and billing risks, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Maintain CoE reports, dashboards, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with global support, security, and finance teams to resolve incidents and manage risks.
  • Support controlled change management for high-impact Power Platform changes.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL-aligned incident, request, and change management processes.
