AEM Developer (Java)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows to support content management requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and deliver scalable AEM solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java and integrate it with AEM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AEM-based solutions and provide technical support.
• Optimize AEM solutions for performance and scalability.
• Work with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations to enhance AEM functionality.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in Java, including OOP principles and design patterns.
• Experience in developing custom AEM components, templates, and workflows.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of AEM architecture, including JCR, Sling, and OSGi.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms like Adobe Managed Services (AMS) or AWS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build tools like Maven.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of SEO and web analytics.
