Job Description
Roles and Responsibility of Advocate: Required to visit compliance support clients and give monthly notes covering issues raised based on same. Resolving critical issues for collection of information, process, and conclusion of return filling. Preparing synopsis for hearings and appearances before the authorities. Escalation of critical issues to client management. Preparation of exceptional report to partners. Sending GST updates to clients Liaoning with GST Offices for GST

- Resolving critical issues for collection of information, process, and conclusion of return filling.
- Preparing synopsis for hearings and appearances before the authorities.
- Escalation of critical issues to client management.
- Preparation of exceptional report to partners.
- Sending GST updates to clients
- Liaoning with GST Offices for GST Audit, refunds, DGFT, EPCG, AA and Customs law
- Handling of works related to customs and FTP regular compliance works
- Drafting writ petitions, civil appeals etc. And assisting for appearance before the High Court.
