About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and SAFE (Scaled Agile Framework) implementation. Youll lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFE ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Agile teams in SAFE implementation.
• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Retrospectives).
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Development Teams.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and SAFE principles.
• Track and report Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.).
• Provide visibility into team progress and impediments.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum Mastering.
• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with SAFe implementation in large organizations.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Lean-Agile principles.
• Experience with multiple SAFe roles (PO, RTE, etc.).
