We are seeking a highly experienced Adobe Analytics Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Analytics and Tealium to design, implement, and govern scalable digital analytics solutions across web and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in defining analytics strategy, data architecture, event governance, and implementation best practices while partnering closely with business, product, and engineering teams.
This role requires strong technical proficiency, hands-on implementation experience, and validated expertise through industry-recognized certifications in Adobe and Tealium.
- Design and own end-to-end digital analytics architecture across websites, mobile apps, and digital products.
- Define enterprise-wide measurement frameworks, tracking strategies, and data governance standards.
- Lead solution design for Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Tealium EventStream implementations.
- Ensure analytics solutions align with business objectives, privacy regulations, and data quality standards. Implementation & Delivery
- Lead hands-on implementation of analytics tagging using Tealium iQ and EventStream or equivalent tag management tools.
- Configure and manage Adobe Analytics implementations, including report suites, eVars, props, events, processing rules, and calculated metrics.
- Implement server-side tracking, data layer standards, and real-time event streaming via Tealium EventStream and API Hub.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end engineering teams to integrate analytics with web technologies and APIs.
- Oversee QA, validation, and documentation of analytics implementations. Data Analysis & Visualization
- Query and analyze large datasets using SQL/Presto to validate tracking and derive business insights.
- Build dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent BI tools .
- Support data consumers by enabling self-service analytics and standardized reporting frameworks.
- Establish analytics governance, versioning, and release management processes.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management, etc.).
- Mentor analysts and developers on analytics best practices and platform usage.
- Continuously evaluate new features, tools, and enhancements in the digital analytics ecosystem. Agile Collaboration
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical analytics solutions following SDLC best practices.
