Role: Adobe Analytics Implementation Specialist

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in Adobe Analytics setup, configuration, tagging, and AEP Web SDK implementation. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end analytics implementation activities including requirement gathering, SDR creation, technical documentation, implementation, QA/testing, and debugging.

This role is primarily focused on analytics engineering and implementation rather than dashboarding or business reporting.


Key Responsibilities

Adobe Analytics Implementation & Configuration

  • Configure and manage Adobe Analytics implementations across websites and digital platforms
  • Set up and maintain report suites, eVars, props, success events, processing rules, and classifications
  • Create SDRs (Solution Design Requirements) and technical implementation documentation
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into tracking specifications
  • Define analytics governance and implementation standards

Tag Management & Tracking

  • Implement tracking using Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection (Adobe Launch)
  • Configure page tracking, click tracking, form tracking, campaign tracking, and custom event tracking
  • Implement and manage marketing and third-party tags
  • Work with developers on data layer implementation and validation

AEP Web SDK & Platform Implementation

  • Implement and configure AEP Web SDK
  • Work on schemas, datastreams, datasets, and event forwarding setup
  • Support migration from legacy Adobe Analytics implementations to AEP Web SDK architecture
  • Exposure to Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is preferred

QA, Validation & Debugging

  • Perform implementation QA and analytics validation
  • Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and data issues
  • Use debugging tools such as Adobe Experience Platform Debugger, Omnibug, ObservePoint, and browser developer tools

Optional / Good to Have

  • Basic experience in Adobe Workspace reporting and dashboard creation
  • Ability to analyze reports and provide actionable insights
  • Exposure to Google Analytics or other analytics platforms

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics implementation
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection / Adobe Launch
  • Strong understanding of eVars, props, success events, processing rules, and classifications
  • Hands-on experience with AEP Web SDK implementation
  • Knowledge of schemas, datastreams, datasets, and event forwarding
  • Experience in SDR preparation and analytics documentation
  • Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and web technologies
  • Experience in analytics QA, testing, and debugging
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Good to have NodeJS experience
