Event ingestion and payloads
Ability to:
o Verify data correctness across systems (webforms/API/Excel vs profile attributes)
Good to have :
Should have tested use cases like:
o Abandoned cart
o Welcome journeys
o Transactional triggers
Must be able to explain:
o Test approach
o Edge cases
o Failure scenarios
API testing (Postman)
SQL for data validation
Automation exposure For a Senior QA profiles Debugging Validation Skills
Ability to validate:
o Why journey didnt trigger
o Why email/SMS failed
Exposure to:
o Logs / reports / payload validation
Understanding of:
o Timing issues (delays, triggers)
