Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Admin with B.Com degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related fields (B.Com + MBA / B.Com + M.Com / B.Com ) to join our team in Bangalore. The candidate will play a crucial role in PwCs core assurance services, supporting various finance and administrative processes with a strong focus on advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Play an integral role in PwCs core assurance services delivered to clients by understanding and managing workflow processes using the firms workflow management tool.
- Participate in multiple projects and collaborate across various teams while demonstrating creative thinking, individual initiative, and timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate effectively within teams to build positive working relationships and proactively seek guidance, clarification, and feedback.
- Communicate efficiently with engagement teams and other stakeholders.
- Update, reconcile, and maintain records in the central entity system ensuring data accuracy and coordination with multiple departments.
- Perform regular reconciliations of financial data, accounts, and reports to detect and rectify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation and reporting as needed by finance and administration teams.
- Support day-to-day administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy of updates and reconciliations.
- Prepare documents as per audit policy and standard templates, including gathering information and populating templates accurately.
- Adhere strictly to DC User Guide instructions for engagement team deliverables.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of DC User Guides and PwC SDC policies and procedures.
- Monitor own time and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Perform quality checks on all deliverables to ensure consistency with established quality parameters.
- Participate in training, coaching, and other developmental opportunities to continuously enhance skills.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline (specifically B.Com / B.Com + MBA / B.Com + M.Com).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in roles requiring advanced Excel skills.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, data analysis).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and interpret complex business and financial data accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with deadlines.
- Experience in working within a team environment and collaborating across departments.
- Working knowledge of internal workflow and documentation processes is an advantage.
