Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Overview:
This role sits closely with the founder s office, so it s not just routine admin work. The Admin Executive will help keep daily operations smooth, handle communication, and support coordination across tasks. Someone who s organized, confident while speaking, and comfortable handling emails and basic office tools will fit well here.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the founder s office
Handle email communication professionally and respond or follow up when required
Prepare basic documents, reports, and records using MS Office
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
Maintain files, data, and office records in an organized manner
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders when needed
Support the founder with routine coordination and admin support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in an admin or office support role
Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good email drafting and email management skills
Strong communication skills with proficiency in English
Presentable, confident, and able to handle responsibility independently
Organized mindset with attention to detail
