Salary
ADMIN EXECUTIVE: INR 2,64,000 - INR 3,60,000 PER ANNUM/-* SR. ADMIN EXECUTIVE: INR 3,00,000 - INR 4,80,000 PER ANNUM/-*
*Salary offered in this range based on interview outcome (NOT years of experience)
We have few positions open for Senior Admin Executive / Admin Executive at our Kolkata Office.
We are dealing with Software Development and specialized on Web and Mobile Application Development.
Our customer bases are mainly in USA, UK, Australia, Poland, Romania, Canada, Israel, Japan, Singapore and India.
You will be mainly working on day to day office administration work on high-end software development companies like:
- Client communication
- Facilitating meetings
- Manual user-level testing of our internal products
- Creating screencasts
- Coordinating office events and necessities
- Helping Senior Management directly in their day-to-day work

Mandatory Skills
- Extremely Smart, Intelligent and Innovative (We mean it)
- Self Starter & Self Learner, who can pick up process and improve process through self study.
- Good Skill in Internet searching to find out any terms/concepts, quickly learn and understand it.
- Very fluent in verbal and written english communication.
- Very proficient in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Desired skills
- Knowledge of Google Apps product like Google Docs, Spreadsheet, Google chat is a huge plus.
- Education - No bar
- Experience 0 10 years (We believe people can sometime do great work even without less experience, so we kept the experience requirements very flexible)
