Job Description
Direct Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for Sharekhan ONE through reference, events and Hidden Gems and other modes
Achieve healthy broking revenues without compromising on clients profitability.
Responsible for cross selling products like Mutual Fund, PMS, SIPs, AIF, Insurance etc. to the existing set of customers (FD/SGB and any other product introduced)
Responsible for handling Clients and their queries and getting good NPS Score
Staying updated with market trends
Contributing Responsibilities:
Achieving the Business target assigned in Terms of, generating revenue, acquiring clients, enhancing, & upgrading the client relationship.
Profiling Clients & Suggesting financial products (Equity) to meet customer needs as per their risk appetite.
Ensuring the highest level of service to the clients.
