Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven activation specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary catalyst for growing our ecosystem by onboarding, engaging, and activating new clients and strategic partners. You will bridge the gap between initial sign-up and active usage, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Partner Onboarding: Guide new clients and partners through a seamless onboarding journey from sign-up to full activation.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact during the initial activation phase, addressing queries and offering hands-on support.
• Product Engagement: Educate partners and clients on product features, value propositions, and best practices to drive platform adoption.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the activation funnel and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Support) to streamline processes.
• Performance Tracking: Track key metrics like activation rates, time-to-first-use, and partner retention, providing insights to boost efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience: 13 years of experience in Client Onboarding, partner management, customer success, or business development.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a knack for building rapport quickly.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve onboarding challenges effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
