ACI (L3 Cisco ACI+f5 LB/Infoblox DDI) - Hyderabad

Job Requirements*

Technical Skills

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Cisco ACI (mandatory)
• F5 Load Balancers (LTM/GTM)
• Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM)

Solid understanding of:

• TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, VXLAN
• Network security concepts (ACLs, segmentation)

Process Knowledge

• Good understanding of ITIL framework
• Experience working in production support (24x7) environments

Key Responsibilities*

L3 Support & Operations

• Provide Level 3 support for datacenter network infrastructure incidents, problems, and changes
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex network and application-related issues
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures

Cisco ACI (Primary Skill)

• Design, implement, and manage Cisco ACI fabric deployments
• Configure and troubleshoot:
• Tenants, VRFs, Bridge Domains, EPGs
• Contracts, policies, and service graphs
• Monitor ACI fabric health and optimize performance
• Handle upgrades, patches, and lifecycle management

F5 Load Balancer

• Configure and manage F5 LTM/GTM (BIG-IP) devices
• Troubleshoot load balancing issues including:
• Virtual servers, pools, iRules
• SSL offloading, traffic steering
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning

Infoblox DDI

• Manage DNS, DHCP, and IPAM using Infoblox
• Troubleshoot DNS resolution, IP conflicts, and DHCP issues
• Maintain IP address schema and documentation

Operational Excellence

• Follow and enforce ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management)
• Ensure all activities are documented in ticketing systems
• Participate in Major Incident Management (MIM) calls
• Maintain SLA compliance and service availability
