The ACEspire BioPharma Program is designed to launch the careers of recent graduates in life sciences consulting. Through immersive training, mentorship, and real-world project work, participants develop strong technical, analytical, and strategic skills. The program begins with a structured 6-12 month paid training at PharmaACE s office in Pune, India, providing hands-on exposure to forecasting, commercial analytics, strategy and AI/ML. High-performing interns will be fast-tracked into full-time international consulting roles, with opportunities to build long-term careers across the top 7 Pharmaceutical markets.
