JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Intern / Trainee to support our finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. This role provides hands-on experience in accounting processes, bookkeeping, compliance, and financial reporting, offering strong learning and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Support data entry of invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense reports.

Help in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.

Assist in preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Support GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing and payment follow-ups.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

Assist during audits and financial reviews.

Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent) or pursuing final year.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) is a plus.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Prior internship or training in accounts / finance.
