  Job Summary:

  We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented B. Com/M. Com fresher to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including GST filings, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and supporting audits. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in core accounting functions.

  Key Responsibilities:

•   Prepare and file monthly GSTR-1 returns in a timely manner.

•   Process vendor payments accurately, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

•   Support payroll processing activities and maintain payroll records.

•   Monitor cash flow and assist in preparing cash forecasts .

•   Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation and clarifications.

•   Maintain petty cash and bank entries in the accounting system.

•   Coordinate and obtain balance confirmations from vendors and customers.

•   Perform weekly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

•   Track and monitor insurance policies for renewals, claims, and compliance.

•   Review and reconcile Vendor and Customer General Ledger (GL) accounts on a regular basis.

  Skills & Competencies:

•   Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance.

•   Good understanding of Tally systems (preferred).

•   Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

•   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•   Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

•   Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  Eligibility:

•   Bachelor s Degree in Commerce (B. Com)/Master of Commerce (M. Com)

•   Internship or practical training in accounting (if any) will be an added advantage.
