Account Executive – Physician Billing
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Physician Billing Executives to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing physician billing accounts, including
Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, denial management, claim resolution, and revenue recovery. The role
requires a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare payer guidelines, excellent analytical skills, and the
ability to consistently meet productivity and quality objectives while working in U.S. shifts. Experience with
the Cerner platform will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or an equivalent discipline.
1 – up to 5 years of experience in U.S. Healthcare – Physician Billing (AR Follow-up).
Experience working with Cerner EMR/EHR is preferred and will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of physician billing workflows, insurance payer guidelines, AR follow-up, and
denial management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to work in U.S. Night Shifts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven, quality-focused environment.
