Accounts Receivable Caller

Role Requirements AR Caller (Healthcare RCM)

Experience Level: 1 to 3 years

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience of 13years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable (AR) followup and collections.
• Solid understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of medical coding (ICD10, CPT) will be an added advantage.

Shift & Work Model:

• Must be flexible to work night shifts (US time zone).
• 5 days working from office.
