Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accounts professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ERP Entry, MIS, and Bank Reconciliation.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth audit processes.
- Develop and implement effective accounting procedures and policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
