Responsibilities -

• Delivery & Operations:
• Manage full AP cycle including invoice validation and payment execution.
• Oversee highvolume retail vendor invoices.
• Support payment runs and closure entry.
• Team Leadership & People Management:
• Lead AP Analysts team.
• Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Primary contact for client finance and procurement.
• Governance & Compliance:
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify improvement opportunities and support automation.

Skills & Experience -

• 5 to 11 Years of experience in PTP / Accounts Payable.
• General Finance
• End to End AP knowledge
• MS Office
• People & Team Leadership Skills
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction
• Governance, SLA & Performance Management
• Invoice turnaround time, Accuracy, Exception resolution, Ontime payments, Vendor satisfaction, People Management
• Functional Expertise:

- Strong AP knowledge.

- Retail Finance experience.

Soft Skills:

- Communication & stakeholder handling.

Technical Skills:

- MSD365 & ARIVA.
