Job Description
Location: Hyderabad
Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Commerce Graduate ,CA /ICWA/ACCA/ MBA (Finance) / CPA / CFA or equivalent qualification
Must Have Skills:
SAP ,Good Communication Skill, MS office
AP Operations, Invoice Processing & Resolution, Team Management
5-7 years of experience in to finance & accounts with a minimum of 3 years in to core accounts payable
Spearhead periodical reviews and calls with stakeholders
Effective management of SLAs & KPIs
GoAbility to handle audits (Internal & external)
Excellent command of English both in written and spoken with customer service orientation
Strong understanding of processes and process improvement
Exposure in managing customer floor walks
Analytical, decision making, problem solving, and people management skills
Results-oriented leader
Good-to-Have Skills:
ERP Systems (SAP), Process Improvement, Reporting & MIS, knowledge of Automation tools (RPA/Excel Advanced)
Good exposure in to ERP tools (SAP / Oracle)
Certifications like Six sigma Green belt
Exposure in handling BCP situations will be preferable
KT / Transition experience will be an added advantageLocation: Hyderbad
