Brief Role : Finance & Accounts Manager- Leading ARC (CA/ MBA Finance) Job Description - Daily reconciliation and cash flow management - Prepare monthly financial statements - Ensure that accounts and records are maintained accurately - Assist leadership in the annual budgeting/ planning process and compile forecasts covering all activities - Identify and recommend to the management all options and actions necessary to address financial opportunities or challenges - Research technical accounting issues for compliance - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings - MIS Reporting & Performance Analysis - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Salary:INR 12, 00, 000 - 20, 00, 000 P.A Industry:Banking / Financial Services / Broking Functional Area:Accounts , Finance , Tax , Company Secretary , Audit Role Category:Accounts Role:Accounts Manager Desired Candidate Profile Person will be reporting to Head of finance and accounts Strong on accounting , numbers and taxation Handling of trust accounts and Banking relationship is an added advantage .
