Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the organization's accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, audit coordination, and payment processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, and financial controls while ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Audit & Financial Finalization
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of statutory and internal audits.
- Prepare financial statements and finalize books of accounts.
- Resolve audit observations within agreed timelines.
- Ensure complete audit readiness and compliance.
Payments Processing
- Process vendor, contractor, administrative, and statutory payments accurately and on time.
- Monitor payment schedules and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment approvals.
Bills & Payment Voucher Verification
- Verify bills, invoices, and payment vouchers along with supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies before processing payments.
- Maintain proper financial records and approvals.
Customer TDS Management
- Confirm TDS deductions received from customers.
- Coordinate for collection of Form 16A and other TDS certificates.
- Reconcile TDS receivables with customer records.
TDS Reporting
- Prepare monthly TDS deduction and payment reports.
- Ensure timely deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns.
- Maintain complete TDS documentation and reconciliations.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely filing of:
- GST Returns
- TDS Returns
- Provident Fund (PF)
- Professional Tax (PT)
- Employees' State Insurance (ESI)
- Income Tax compliances
- Ensure zero penalties due to delayed statutory filings.
- Maintain accurate statutory records and documentation.
Government Scrutiny & Notices
- Handle GST, Income Tax, PF, and other departmental notices.
- Prepare and submit replies within statutory timelines.
- Coordinate departmental audits, assessments, and inspections.
- Maintain complete documentation during government scrutiny.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
- 7-9 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, PT, and ESI compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
