The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions, and optimizing business operations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and leadership skills
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Maintain compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for financial audits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Handle tax calculations, filing, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in financial decision-making by providing strategic recommendations.
- Bachelors or Master s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with high levels of accuracy.
