We are looking for an Account Manager to support Clients partner ecosystem by managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across Client Ads platforms. This role is highly performance-driven and data-centric, requiring a consultative approach to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal client teams to analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure revenue retention and expansion. This role is focused on managing client accounts and does not involve direct interaction with end advertisers.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
- Analyze key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign KPIs
- Implement bid adjustments, budget changes, and targeting refinements
- Identify underperforming campaigns and drive performance improvement strategies
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Extract insights using Amazon Ads reporting tools
- Prepare performance reports and presentations
- Track KPIs and map campaign performance to revenue outcomes
- Use data insights to support strategic decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Ad Success, Sales, Seller/Vendor, and Product teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve campaign issues
- Escalate technical or platform-related challenges when required
- Support execution of advertising strategies and plans
Sales & Revenue Management
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts
- Manage pipeline and track activities using Salesforce CRM
- Ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity tracking
Performance & Process Adherence
- Meet defined activity metrics, response time SLAs, and quality standards
- Follow SOPs for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting
- Participate in quality audits and implement feedback
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on Amazon Ads products and industry trends
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Participate in training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and certifications
Key Performance Indicators:
- Budget attainment (account and product level)
- Campaign optimization completion rate
- Number of active campaigns managed
- Partner satisfaction scores
- Activity metrics (calls, emails, optimizations)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 46 years of experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of online advertising concepts and campaign optimization
- Experience managing global clients and performance-driven accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
