Job Description
What you'll handle:
1. Manage end-to-end vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling (including TDS
compliance), and AP/AR operations
2. Own customer invoicing workflows, conduct bank reconciliations, and oversee payroll
postings and verification
3. Prepare and own monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements)
and ad-hoc financial analysis via Zoho Books
4. Lead statutory compliance and regulatory filings TDS, GST, PT, Income Tax, and other
applicable regulations
5. Drive customer receivables management, conduct follow-ups, and implement process
improvements to reduce DSO
6. Support finance team in ad-hoc analysis, budgeting, and financial planning activities
7. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline accounting operations
What we're looking for:
- 3–4 years of hands-on accounting or finance experience in a corporate or financial services
environment
- Strong expertise in TDS, GST, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and statutory
compliance
- Proficiency with Zoho Books or similar accounting software; Excel expertise a must
- CA/CMA qualification or pursuing professional certification preferred
- Self-motivated team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
- Based in Mumbai or willing to work on-site full-time
