Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST filing, TDS compliance, and invoice processing for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and day-to-day bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting operations in Tally Prime Preparation and processing of sales & purchase invoices Handling GST compliance GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation & filing Calculation, deduction, and payment of TDS filing of TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q) Bank reconciliation and vendor payment processing Maintain records of accounts payable & receivable Stock & inventory accounting support Assist in monthly/quarterly/yearly financial closing Coordinating with auditors for statutory and internal audits Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF/ESI if applicable) Maintain proper documentation and filing system
