Salary: 10 LPA – 15 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on **Accounting Manager (US Accounting)** to manage the complete accounting function for our US entities. This is a working manager role where you'll own month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and support US leadership while helping build the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the complete month-end close process for US entities.

* Manage General Ledger, journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and depreciation.

* Perform bank, credit card, and payment reconciliations.

* Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

* Prepare monthly Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow).

* Reconcile intercompany transactions.

* Record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll reports.

* Support audits, lenders, and external accountants.

* Create accounting SOPs and improve financial processes.

* Train and mentor junior accounting team members.

Required Skills

* 5–8 years of Accounting experience.

* Minimum 3 years of **US Accounting** experience.

* Strong knowledge of **US GAAP** and the complete accounting cycle.

* Hands-on experience with **Xero** (Preferred) or **QuickBooks Online**.

* Experience managing Month-End Close independently.

* Strong expertise in General Ledger, Reconciliations, AP, AR, and Financial Reporting.

* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Reconciliations).

* Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with US stakeholders.

* Comfortable working permanent US Night Shift.

Preferred Qualifications

* B.Com / M.Com (Mandatory)

* CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) / CPA / EA (Preferred)

* Experience in Solar, Construction, Contracting, or Project-Based Accounting is an advantage.
