Accounting Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for multiple clients across various industries.
• Lead a team of accountants to ensure timely delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 4-17 years of experience in accountancy or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
