Job Description

We are hiring an Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in Record to Report (R2R), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, experience working with ERP systems, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Record to Report (R2R) activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Perform General Ledger, bank, and account reconciliations.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Process vendor invoices and payments (Accounts Payable).
• Generate customer invoices and apply receipts (Accounts Receivable).
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve accounting queries.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounting/R2R/AP/AR.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Journal Entries, Reconciliations, and Month-End Closing.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic formulas).
• Good verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with US accounting processes will be an added advantage.

Qualification

• MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CMA Inter preferred.
• B.Com/M.Com with relevant experience can also apply.
