Role and Skill: Account Payable - Team Lead

Experience: 7 years to 12 years

Shift: 24x7

Job Qualification:- B.Com/M.com/MBA-Finance

Responsibilities :-

• Good understanding of invoice processing / payments/vendor management/master data management/ Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of processing PO, Non PO invoices
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Exposure in MS Office
• Ensuring deliverables are done on time
• Essential to have ERP system hands on experience, preferably in SAP ERP MM Module, Service Now SAP Ariba etc
• Team handling & problem-solving skills
• 1-2-1 & feedback.
• Appraisal in speed.
• Other Key responsibilities/Functional Support Activities:
• Onboarding & training of new employees
• Maintaining the list of team members and org chart
• Manage day-to-day operational level escalations
• Reporting of the request processed on weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Monitor the Teams effectiveness and workload on weekly basis

Skills & Experience :-

• Invoice processing ( PO /Non PO), Payment run GRIR, VOI, Recon, Team handling and Stakeholder Management (Min. of 20 people). Experience in SAP (VIM)
• Knowledge of MM module in SAP, payment run, Team management, stakeholder mgmt.,
• MS Office & Excel Skills, SAP (VIM), TIS (preferable)
• Customer / Vendor handling
• Strong Team Player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Result orientation
• Knowledge of Analytical Tools, Estimation modelling
