Job Description
The MIS Executive will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing, and reporting operational and financial data of the garmenting units across different locations. This role provides senior management with the data-driven insights needed to monitor cost and track profitability.Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports from multiple factory units.
- Monitor and report variances between planned and actual manpower, efficiency, and production etc.
- Collaborate closely with the HO & Factory Finance/Accounts teams to track & monitor actual manufacturing costs against budget and report the deviation on daily basis.
- Invoice booking in ERP, monitor and ensure if the factories are booking their respective invoices on time in ERP.
- Monitoring the factories are updating all production, shipment related data & invoices in ERP on time and report any deviation.
- Ensure 100% data accuracy by implementing strict validation rules for data entered by factory data entry operators.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com or equivalent specialization; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel for report preparation and analysis.
