Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project finance, financial modelling, fund raising, cash flow management, tax planning, lender coordination, and RERA compliance. Candidates with a proven track record in real estate finance and construction funding will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the finance function for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Prepare and monitor project-wise cash flow, fund flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Conduct project feasibility studies, financial appraisal, and profitability analysis.
- Develop advanced financial models including IRR, MIRR, DCF, DSCR, sensitivity analysis, and payback analysis.
- Manage debt syndication and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for construction finance and term loans.
- Prepare CMA data, financial proposals, and project reports for lenders.
- Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Oversee project costing, budgeting, vendor payments, and internal financial controls.
- Drive tax planning initiatives and optimize project-wise financial performance.
- Present financial reports, MIS, and strategic insights to senior management.
- Coordinate with auditors, legal consultants, lenders, and regulatory authorities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Finance or Project Finance.
- Strong knowledge of construction finance, debt syndication, and project feasibility.
- Hands-on experience in RERA compliance, lender coordination, and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
