Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and engage existing AP/Sub-Broker network.
- Drive funded KYC, re-activation, and revenue growth.
- Generate revenue through Cash, F&O, MTF, Commodity, and SLBM.
- Cross-sell products like Mutual Funds, SIPs, Bonds, PMS, AIF, and Insurance.
- Build strong partner relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and query resolution.
- Support APs with product training and business growth initiatives.
- Track partner performance and maintain MIS reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in account management or a similar role in the financial industry (broking/equity).
- Strong understanding of demat accounts, equity markets, franchisee acquisition processes, trade execution mechanisms.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients; negotiation skills are essential.
