Account Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts in the RCM domain.

• Manage end-to-end RCM operations for clients, including patient registration, charge entry, billing, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI), and quality standards.
• Monitor account performance through KPIs and dashboards; proactively identify risks and implement corrective measures.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to clients and internal leadership.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to deliver consistent results.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to identify opportunities for account expansion.

Job Requirements :

• 8–12 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management with at least 2–3 years in an account/client management role.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare processes.
