Role & responsibilities

We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage strategic client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery while driving customer satisfaction and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual commitments and agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor operational performance and client satisfaction.
  • Manage client escalations and governance meetings.
  • Drive account renewals and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
  • Manage billing, collections, forecasting, and account profitability.

Mandatory Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Project Management, or Customer Success.
  • Mandatory experience working with US and/or UK clients.
  • Experience in BPO, BPM, KPO, Shared Services, Customer Experience, or eCommerce organizations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic client accounts.
  • Comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
