Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced Account Manager to manage strategic client accounts and ensure exceptional service delivery while driving customer satisfaction and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and maintain long-term relationships.
- Act as the primary interface between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual commitments and agreed SLAs.
- Monitor operational performance and client satisfaction.
- Manage client escalations and governance meetings.
- Drive account renewals and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams.
- Manage billing, collections, forecasting, and account profitability.
Mandatory Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Account Management, Client Servicing, Project Management, or Customer Success.
- Mandatory experience working with US and/or UK clients.
- Experience in BPO, BPM, KPO, Shared Services, Customer Experience, or eCommerce organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic client accounts.
- Comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
