Role & responsibilities
Accounts Manager: RETIRED ACCOUNTING EMPLOYEE
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee complete accounting operations and financial management
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow planning
Manage audits and coordinate with auditors/consultants
Monitor budgets, costs, and financial performance.
Accountant:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
Handle GST filings, TDS, and statutory compliance
Prepare invoices, track receivables & payables
Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books or similar tools
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred candidate profile
RETIRED FROM ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT
Strong experience in financial planning & compliance
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and decision-making ability
