About the Role

Client-focused Account Manager role in the staffing industry, responsible for maintaining global client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering quality talent solutions. Includes driving business growth through existing accounts and new opportunities while

meeting monthly revenue targets above

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing Global Clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction
  • Understand client staffing needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and quality talent solutions
  • Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach and market research,
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets, which would ideally over and above 20 lacs per month.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, review and follow ups
  • Should be able to conduct QBR with global stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Any Graduate or above with 2 - 4 years of experience in account management, client servicing or business development in staffing or recruitment industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently
  • Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes.
  • Self-driven with goal-oriented mindset
  • Able to travel and explore industries across the state.

Office timings

  • Monday to Friday (5 days working)
  • 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
