About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Finance Manager to lead the organization's finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, payroll, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will serve as the single point of contact for all finance-related matters, ensuring statutory compliance, financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and strategic financial planning. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, sound technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Oversee statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Labour Laws, Labour Codes, wage regulations, payroll compliances, and all new statutory amendments, ensuring timely implementation and adherence.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, employee reimbursements, full & final settlements, and statutory filings.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial planning, and variance analysis.
  • Coordinate and manage statutory, internal, tax, and financial audits.
  • Prepare management dashboards, financial reports, and business performance analyses for leadership review.
  • Ensure accurate accounting records and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Liaise with auditors, consultants, bankers, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the finance team, ensuring productivity, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Payroll, and Compliance.
  • Minimum 2+ years of team handling experience.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP Systems, and financial reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
