Account Manager
The account manager will lead our accounts team and identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid them in successful solution implementation. The individual will work closely with clients and internal team members to better understand client requirements and mitigate any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities - Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders for customerssuccess
- Maintain good relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Schedule meetups with customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage and review reports on customer accounts
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business Management or related disciplines
- No prior work experience required
- Willingness to learn and goal-driven
- Good verbal and communication skills
