Job Description
- Act as the single point of contact for key product partnerships, operating from the partners base location to drive business growth and relationship management.
- Own partner revenue growth by:
- Driving sales volume with existing partners while ensuring profitability and business sustainability.
- Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partnership opportunities.
- Create and execute growth strategies by identifying new business avenues within existing partnerships.
- Design and implement partner engagement plans to strengthen relationships and improve business outcomes.
- Drive sales initiatives, including partner reward and incentive programs, to enhance adoption and performance.
- Build strong product, system, and process expertise to enable effective partner training, support, and issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth partner operations by managing deliverables, tracking SLAs, and driving operational excellence.
- Manage customer and partner escalations with a focus on timely resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships.
- Act as the bridge between partners and internal teams by gathering requirements and driving execution across product, pricing, and process improvements.
- Travel regularly to partner business hubs to manage relationships and support business initiatives.
- Ability to diagnose complex client issues, comprehend the full breadth of BFHL’s services, blend them into practical solutions that meet our clients’ needs
- An executive presence with polished and well-developed verbal and written communication skills. Availability to travel on a need basis
- Bias towards action, a great collaborator, a master explainer/simplifier, and constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery. You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on.
